Davis is Vice-President of Legal Affairs & General Counsel for First Canadian Securities. He previously worked as a lawyer at a top-tier Toronto law-firm, and as an associate lawyer at a boutique firm where he worked on corporate & commercial contract transactions, entertainment law, employment law, and civil litigation files. Davis holds an LL.B degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree with High Distinction from the University of Toronto. He is licensed to practice law in the Province of Ontario and in the state of New York. He has also completed the Canadian Securities course and several CLE securities courses. He has also worked in the entertainment industry and has written scores and theme music for over two hundred and fifty episodes of award-winning and nominated documentaries and children's shows. Among them are Life's Little Miracles (Life/CBC), Dudley The Dragon (YTV/PBS), The Family Dance (LIFE), and many others which air on Canadian and international broadcast television.
